We are gearing up for the lauch of the collection at Wanted Design in May. The collection will include a pendant and sconce in adddition to the new Confetti Glass Collection.

Avram Rusu Interiors has designed a room for an intimate and relaxed salon-style New Year’s Eve celebration.
Avram Rusu is also pleased to announce the introduction of a new lighting collection. The Confetti Chandelier was designed especially for the occasion to evoke an explosion of confetti and champagne bubbles. Delicate branches of high-polished brass disks are embellished with Swarovski crystals and semi precious stones. The collection will be expanded to include sconces, table and floor lamps.
A tall folding screen was designed and commissioned by Avram Rusu specifically for this room. Its six lacquered panels that run in ombré from cream though grey and into dark black are heavily gilded through the central portion with meticulous gold leafing. The screen was inspired by the work of op-art painter Richard Anuszkiewicz as well as traditional Art Deco techniques. The screen will be available as a limited edition run of twenty pieces available through Avram Rusu.
The Show House takes place in an exquisite 75’ courtyard mansion designed by Frederick Sterner and built in 1921. The house is located at:

This apartment was designed to showcase the clients wonderfully diverse art collection.
The custom millwork center piece holds a collection of Tang Dynasty Chinese sculpture on floating shelves.
The glass shelves cantilever from lacquered panels in three colors chosen to complement the delicate colors of the ceramic statues. Two walls are covered by the Mondrian-like arrangement of glossy panels in a formerly awkward edge of the loft like space. The seamless closet doors integrate the entire wall surface. The focus is entirely on the art.
Paintings by contemporary Japanese Artist Tomokazu Matsuyama hang in the Living Room and Bedroom.
The brass crocodiles came from a Parisian garden.

We are pleased to present the STACKED OCCASIONAL TABLES.
These tables are conceived as a grouping.
Available in three sizes, they can be used together as a coffee table or separated for individual use.
Small 16” diameter, 15” high.
Medium 16” diameter, 19” high.
Large 16” diameter, 22” high.
Alternating grey, white and one accent color, these tables playfully participate in an interior decor. Here they are shown in orange but are also available in yellow, pink, green or blue. Custom colors can be made to order.
